7440: Dual 4-Input NAND Buffer

Both positive-logic NAND buffers may be used independently. On either buffer, when any input is low, the output is high. When all inputs are high, the output is low.

Either output can drive 30 TTL inputs. Thus, the 7440 has three times the drive capability of an ordinary dual gate such as the 7420.
