74181: Arithmetic Unit
This is a versatile arithmetic element. It may be used to add, subtract, or shift two 4-bit words, make magnitude comparisons, perform numerous other arithmetic operations, and generate logic functions. It is normally used as the central processing unit for a computer. As many stages as needed are cascaded.
