7407: Hex Driver, Noninverting (Open Collector to 30 Volts)

All six noninverting drivers may be used independently. On any one driver, the low-input condition drives the output low. The high-input condition drives the output to an open circuit. In the low state, the circuit can sink 30 milliamperes. In the output-high condition, the output can withstand 30 volts. An output-high state can be obtained only by adding an external resistor to some positive voltage less than 30 volts. Note that the supply voltage remains at +5 volts.
